Pengembangan Panduan Kompetensi Interprofessional Collaboration Practice di Ruang Rawat Inap

This study aims to identify collaborative practices in inpatient rooms and design improvement proposals according applicable policies standards. The method used is a pilot project using the Kurt Lewin stage of change approach. Data was collected through secondary data analysis, interviews, observations surveys questionnaires. There were 264 survey respondents consisting primary nurses associate nurses. Problem analysis carried out fishbone, preparation plan action, implementation, evaluation structure discussion based on literature review. results showed barriers interprofessional communication room. most common between doctors are patient planning, implementation collaboration, discharge planning. In conclusion, drafting IPCP competency guidelines for can support collaboration practice rooms.
